Doug Gordon, Rich Gordon, Mel Da Silva and Dan Gregoire live in the communities they serve. Together they bring more than 20 years of local experience across South Ajax, Pickering, Whitby and Durham Region, with particularly deep knowledge and roots in Ajax’s Lakeside neighbourhood.

Doug Gordon
Doug Gordon has called Lakeside home for years, so South Ajax isn’t simply where he works, it’s his community. He’s approachable, thoughtful and easy to talk to, but when it comes time to negotiate for his clients, there’s another side to Doug: he knows when to be patient, when to push and when to stand his ground. Doug is the head coach at Revel Realty Durham and has spent years mentoring other real estate professionals across Durham Region. When he isn’t selling houses, you’ll likely find him creating a new digital tool to help other agents or elevate the real estate industry, navigating forest trails on his mountain bike, or spending time with his family.

Rich Gordon
